Pork Recipes

I love Pulled Pork Sandwiches, and Elise makes some kick ass pulled pork recipes.
But somehow, cooking pork and then shred to prepare sandwich takes a great love for that preparation.
But, if you have leftover cooked pork which is already well seasoned from the overnight marination in it own gravy and spices, it makes a great sandwich.

What you do is to cook the leftover pork with some barbeque sauce in a pressure cooker.

Give about 5 whistles.
Take it out and pay it out on the sandwich bread.

Yummy!
