Boneless Pork Roast Recipes

ADVERTISEMENTS

This is a very simple boneless pork roast recipe that anyone could try, and trust me this really impresses the date, he or she, whoever the case might be. You could try cooking it once to try it out. First time will be easy and will really come out well, but don’t think you are ready to invite that sexy colleague from work just yet. Try once more, because the first time is usually easy and comes out well also. Call it beginners luck, call it your own confirmative bias, the second time will be the moment of truth. The third time is when you get that perfect roast and that is when you could actually invite her home for a home cooked roast and wine, and for you to get lucky. You will, if the roast comes out well.

You will need the following ingredients:

2 pounds of boneless pork loin roast ( Will serve at least 5 but you can cut the best portions and leave the rest for making some amazing leftover pork recipes)
2 TBS. Olive Oil
2 TBS sesame seeds
2 Cloves garlic, minced
3/4 Cup Water
1/2 Cup White Wine
2 TSP chicken bouillon granules
2 TBS cracked black pepper
2 TBS grated Parmesan cheese
2 TSP each of dried basil, dried rosemary, dried thyme
Salt to taste

In a zippouch, put all the ingredients and mix well. Put the pork loin also inside, lock the Zip Pouch and throw it away. Just kidding.

Put in the freezer overnight, or at least 6 hours.
Now place the roast in a shallow oven Pan.
Heat the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook in the over at the temperature for 1 hour.
Remove from oven.
Let stand for 15-20 minutes.

Carve it up and place on the serving plate.
Pour the sauce from the cooking pan over the meat.
Pour some wine..
All the best
